March 1, 2023- The annual Vaughn Taylor Championship presented by James Hardie has found a new home. The long running tournament will now call Bartram Trail Golf Club in Evans, Georgia is home and will host the tournament starting in June.

The opportunity arose after the 2022 event and everyone was impressed with what Bartram Trail and it’s new owners Jason and Debbie Page had to offer. It was too good of a chance to pass up.

On Wednesday, tournament host Vaughn Taylor was on hand along with representatives from the golf club and SafeHomes of Augusta to make the announcment.

“In past years kids were struggling to break par,” said Taylor, “so we should see some more excitement and some lower scores.”

The 2023 AJGA event is June 11 -15.

The Junior-Am will be June 12 with the tournament itself running June 13-15.
